1. Parties

a) The entity carrying out the activities of the trelektroniksigara22.com website (hereinafter referred to as "trelektroniksigara22.com"). 

b) The internet user who becomes a member of the trelektroniksigara22.com website ("Member")

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the conditions for the member to benefit from the website trelektroniksigara22.com owned by trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other various information provided while becoming a member of the trelektroniksigara22.com website is correct before the law, and that trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce will be indemnified exactly and immediately for all damages incurred due to the untruthfulness of this information. It is legally forbidden for persons under the age of 21 (twenty-one) to shop; with this agreement, the member declares and undertakes that they are over the age of 21 (twenty-one).
3.2. The Member cannot give the password provided to them by trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce to any other person or organization; the right to use the said password belongs personally to the member. For this reason, all responsibility and all claims and demands that may be put forward against trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce by third parties or authorized authorities, trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce reserves all rights to compensation and other claims arising from such unauthorized use. 

3.3. The Member accepts and undertakes from the beginning to comply with the provisions of the legal legislation and not to violate them while using the trelektroniksigara22.com website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise shall bind the member completely and exclusively. 

3.4. The Member may not use the trelektroniksigara22.com website in any way that disrupts public order, is contrary to general morality, disturbs and harasses others, for an unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates the intellectual and copyright rights of others. In addition, the member cannot engage in activities (spam, virus, trojan horse, etc.) and transactions that prevent or make it difficult for others to use the services. 

3.5. The ideas and thoughts declared, written, and used by the members on the trelektroniksigara22.com website are completely the members' own personal opinions and bind the owner of the opinion. These views and thoughts have no interest or connection with trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce. trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce has no responsibility for damages that third parties may suffer due to the ideas and opinions declared by the member, or for damages that the member may suffer due to the ideas and opinions declared by third parties. 

3.6. trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce shall not be responsible for the reading of member data by unauthorized persons and for damages that may come to member software and data. The member has accepted in advance not to demand compensation from trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce for any damage they may suffer due to the use of the trelektroniksigara22.com website. 

3.7. The Member has agreed not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from this belong entirely to the member. 
3.8. The member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement shall be personally responsible for such violation both criminally and legally, and shall keep trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce free from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. In addition; if the event is brought to the legal field due to this violation, trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce reserves the right to claim compensation against the member due to non-compliance with the membership agreement. 
3.9. trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce always has the right to unilaterally delete the membership of the member and delete the files, documents, and information belonging to the customer when necessary. The Member accepts this disposal in advance. In this case, trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce has no responsibility. 
3.10. The software and design of the trelektroniksigara22.com website are the property of trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce, and the copyrights and/or other intellectual property rights regarding them are protected by relevant laws, and they cannot be used, acquired, or changed by the member without permission. Other companies and products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their respective owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights. 
3.11. Information such as the name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Internet service provider used to access the site for the improvement and development of the trelektroniksigara22.com website and/or within the framework of legal legislation, the date and time the site was accessed, the pages accessed while on the site, and the Internet address of the website providing the direct connection to the site may be collected by trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce. 
3.12. trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce may use the personal information of members in studies aimed at the special preferences and interests of its users in order to provide better service, improve its products and services, and facilitate the use of the site. trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce reserves the right to keep a record of the member's actions on the bameram-teknoloji internet site. 
3.13. The person who becomes a member of trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce declares and accepts that they allow product and service introductions, advertisements, campaigns, advantages, surveys, and other customer satisfaction applications to be presented to them by trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce within the scope of current and/or upcoming applications. The Member declares and accepts that they allow the collection of personal and shopping information and shopping and/or consumer behavior information they have given in the past and/or will give in the future while becoming a member of trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce and/or through other means, for the above purposes, to be shared with all affiliated companies, and to be used and archived by trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce and all its affiliated companies. Unless the Member notifies otherwise, they declare and accept that they allow the collection, sharing, use, and archiving of data by trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce and all its affiliated companies even after their membership ends. Unless the Member notifies otherwise, they declare and accept that they allow trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce and all its affiliated companies to contact them using internet, telephone, SMS, and other communication channels. The Member declares and accepts that they will not make any demands regarding any direct and/or indirect material and/or moral negative and/or positive damage due to the collection, sharing, use, archiving, and access to the aforementioned information and that they will not hold trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce and its affiliated companies responsible. If the member wants to change their data sharing preferences, they can convey this request to the customer service call centers of trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce. 
3.14. trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce may disclose the member's personal information when requested as a legal obligation or
a) to act in accordance with legal requirements or to comply with legal proceedings served on trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce; 
b) when it believes in good faith that it is necessary to protect and defend the rights and property of the trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce and the trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce website family. 
3.15. Measures have been taken within the available possibilities to ensure that the trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce website is free from viruses and similar software. In addition, to ensure ultimate security, the user must provide their own virus protection system and ensure the necessary protection. In this context, the member is deemed to have accepted that they are responsible for all errors and their direct or indirect results that may occur in their own software and operating systems by entering the trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce website. 
3.16. trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce reserves the right to change the content of the site at any time, to change or terminate any service provided to users, or to delete user information and data registered on the trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce website. 
3.17. trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce can change, update, or cancel the terms of the membership agreement at any time without any prior notice and/or warning. Every provision that is changed, updated, or repealed shall be effective for all members on the date of publication. 
3.18. The parties accept and declare that all computer records belonging to trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce shall be taken as the sole and true exclusive evidence in accordance with HUMK Article 287 and that the said records constitute an evidentiary contract. 
3.19. Although trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce has the authority to send information e-mails to the registered e-mail addresses and information SMS to the mobile phones of its members in accordance with this membership agreement, the member shall be deemed to have accepted the sending of information e-mails to the e-mail address and information SMS to the mobile phone upon approving this membership agreement.

4. Termination of the Agreement

This agreement shall remain in force until the member cancels their membership or their membership is canceled by trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce. trelektroniksigara22.com E-Commerce may cancel the member's membership and terminate the agreement unilaterally if the member violates any provision of the membership agreement.

5. Resolution of Disputes

In disputes related to this agreement, Istanbul (Central) Courthouse Courts and Execution Offices are authorized.

6. Effectiveness

Registration of membership by the member means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepted the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement was concluded at the time the member became a member and entered into force mutually.
