DO WE HAVE A STORE FOR HAND-DELIVERY?

First of all, electronic cigarette products are classified as prohibited items in our country. For this reason, there is no hand-delivery for the sale of these products. Due to the prohibition, we do not have any stores, branches, warehouses, etc. Our sales are made only through our online site and deliveries are made only via Aras Kargo.

IS THERE SAME-DAY COURIER DELIVERY?

-Since these are prohibited products, it is not appropriate to transport them via courier. These products are not suitable for transport by every cargo company's courier services. In this context, our shipments are made only by standard cargo. Depending on your region, shipments arrive within an average of 3 business days. Our shipments are dispatched from Istanbul.

IS THERE TRANSPARENT PACKAGING OR INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY?

-Because these are prohibited products, there is no transparent packaging to ensure the content is not visible during transport. In this regard, the delivery personnel at the door are not authorized to open and let you inspect the products. For security reasons and to prevent situations like product theft, cargo officials do not have the authority to open products at the door. Products arrive in sealed cargo bags. In cash-on-delivery payments, the courier will not deliver the package until the payment is made.


--Due to the fact that these products are in the prohibited category in our country, for the safety of both parties, our sales are conducted only through the website. We provide assistance in case of any issues or technical support needs for products purchased from us. The absence of hand-delivery or a physical store is entirely due to the products being prohibited. For devices purchased only from us, in case of future malfunctions, repair, or technical support needs, it is sufficient to contact us with your order number. You can send the product back with the agreement number we provide. We assist our customers in cases where the product can be repaired in technical service, provided that the repair is possible and the spare parts are in our stock.
We do not provide repair or technical service for products purchased elsewhere; we do not provide technical service for devices purchased from different companies. In such cases, you may contact the company you purchased from.--
